Setting up and growing your business - Supporting you in your next phase of business growth (i.e. become a Ltd company, transition from sole trader to employer). Ensuring you’re set up correctly and compliantly.
Setting up new business systems - Supporting you with the set up, data transfer and implementation of new Accounting, HR and/or general business systems. Then training your employees to use them.
Employee journey processes - Developing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes which ensure that everything that needs to be done is done and that job candidates and employees have a positive experience.
Surveys and feedback- Managing client / employee / member surveys and feedback; providing you not only with the insight, but also recommendations and the support you need to implement change.
Pricing:
Our projects are quoted for on an individual basis and charged 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
Retained clients receive a 15% discount on all project work.
Specialist Support
Delegate the work you’re looking to get off your task list to people who specialise in it.
Ideal for: SMEs, business owners and charity leaders needing specialist help but not full-time hires

Finance admin - Acting as the go between for your business and your accountant, Michelle manages your bank reconciliation, invoicing and payroll to help ensure your business finances are in order and compliant.
Business processes and procedures - Defining and documenting operational processes and procedures that ensure your business runs efficiently, effectively and consistently. Then looking for improvements that ease the administrative burden and free up more time for growth.
Employee/Trustee job adverts - Writing job adverts that appeal to - and engage - job candidates, encouraging them to apply. Plus advising on the best place/s to advertise.
Employee/Trustee policies and handbooks - Ensuring that your handbooks and policies are written in a clear, engaging way, encouraging people to read them. Lynne can either review what you’ve written, or write them for you.

Business Admin
Outsource the admin you don’t have time or enthusiasm for to people who do.
Ideal for: Solopreneurs, business owners and charity leaders without admin capacity

Virtual Assistant services - Acting as your VA, Michelle manages your email & diary, researches and books your travel & accommodation and frees up your time (and headspace) to focus on other business priorities.
Business admin & bookkeeping support - Supporting you with those seemingly little tasks that take up way more time than you have. Like internet research, preparatory bookkeeping and formatting & proofreading documents.
Recruitment admin support - Managing your recruitment process, taking responsibility for all the administrative tasks involved in recruitment - uploading job ads, screening CVs and arranging interviews. Leaving you to simply review shortlisted CVs, interview candidates and make the offer.
HR admin support - Supporting you with your recruitment documentation (offer letters and contracts), onboarding & offboarding admin and HR system maintenance.

PACKAGES AND PRICING
We’ve bundled our services up into two packages:
Although not included as part of the standard package, clients on the ‘Admin Support’ package looking for ad hoc ‘Business Support’ (i.e. with their finance admin, business processes/procedures and/or job adverts, policies and handbooks) will be able to access this on an individual task basis, charged at a higher hourly rate.
Package prices
Our ‘Pay as you go’ prices are ideal for businesses and charities whose needs vary month by month. You only pay for the time you use (rounded to the nearest 15 minutes) and are invoiced monthly in arrears.
For businesses and charities looking for a minimum number of hours support each month, our cost-effective regular support solutions, invoiced monthly in arrears, give you peace of mind that you’re getting the support you need at a price you can easily budget for. As we approach the package limit, you’ll be notified and we can either cap our hours, or continue at a pre-agreed additional hourly rate. You’ll always have visibility of what we’re working on, and how long it’s taking and if we find that we’re consistently working under, or over, the pre-agreed hours, you can easily switch plans.
